1301 Broadway Categorical Exemption (PDF). The proposed project is a seven-story, 93' tall, residential development project at the corner of Broadway and Ludeman Lane that would provide 97 residential units in a 125,766 square feet residential building including amenity space and podium with 63 parking spaces. The project will provide 10 units at the very low income level, 66 units in the low income level and 19 moderate units . Applicant seeks waivers for setbacks, parking, parking garage entrance, and height limit requirement. Per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Sections 15332, the project qualifies for a categorical exemption under a Class 32 urban infill development.

Addendum to the Millbrae 2040 General Plan

Addendum #1 (PDF) to the Final EIR for the Millbrae 2040 General Plan. This Addendum is for an amendment to the Millbrae 2040 General Plan to clarify that life sciences, laboratory, technology, biotechnology, or research and development for properties with a General Commercial land use designation located east of Highway 101 and west of Old Bayshore Highway are allowed. Life sciences, laboratory, biotechnology, or research and development uses would allow Biosafety Level 1 as a permitted use and Biosafety Level 2 as a conditionally permitted use. A Notice of Determination was filed for the addendum with the San Mateo County Clerk and the State Office of Planning and Research on May 15, 2024.

400 East Millbrae Avenue Project

Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for 400 E Millbrae Avenue (PDF) - This project involved the construction of a double-sided Outdoor Advertising Display Sign (OADS) at 400 East Millbrae Avenue. The OADS will consist of two back-to back light-emitting diode (LED) digital displays and the sign structure. These displays would be north- and south-facing that would be visible to vehicles traveling in both direction on U.S. Highway 101 (US-101)(northbound and southbound). Both billboard panels would be LED digital display panels used for general commercial advertising.

959 El Camino Real Project

Class 32 Infill Categorical Exemption and Appendices for 959 El Camino Real - This project involved the consideration of a Design Review Permit, a Conditional Use Permit, and a Vesting Tentative Parcel Map for Condominium Purposes on the property located at 959 El Camino Real (APN: 021-364-080) to allow for a six-story tall, mixed-use building. with 278 residential units, approximately 17,210 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and below grade and ground level parking on an approximately 1.86-acre site. Per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Sections 15332, the project qualifies for a categorical exemption under a Class 32 urban infill development.

Addendum to the Final EIR for the Millbrae Station Area Specific Plan

Addendum #2 (PDF) to the Final EIR for the Millbrae Station Area Specific Plan. This Addendum is for an amendment to the Millbrae Station Area Specific Plan to allow Biotechnology/Scientific Labs, Tech/Biotech Product Assembly, and Tech/Biotech Component Manufacturing, including hazardous uses up to Biosafety Level 2, with a Conditional Use Permit in the Transit Oriented Development zone portions located north of Millbrae Avenue, east of El Camino Real and west of the Railroad, within the Comprehensive Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan for the Environs of San Francisco International Airport Safety Compatibility Zone 2.
