Project Description
The project is to develop approximately 4.71 acres (+/- 205,218 SF) on three parcels for three life science buildings, an amenities building, and an above-ground parking structure. The sites all fall into the Millbrae Station Area Specific Plan (MSASP) and have a current designation of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) and Employment Center/Light Industrial. The sites are currently occupied by one-story light industrial and commercial uses which would be demolished for the development a life science campus that would consist of four buildings totaling approximately 570,000 square feet and would contain laboratory, office, and amenity space, as well as associated open space, circulation and parking, and infrastructure improvements, and realignment of City right-of-way/property.
