The design review or public oversight shall be objective and be strictly focused on assessing compliance with criteria required for streamlined projects, as well as any reasonable objective design standards published and adopted by ordinance or resolution by a local jurisdiction before submission of a development application, and shall be broadly applicable to development within the jurisdiction."

A public oversight meeting by the Planning Commission will be held focused strictly on State Government Section Code 65913.4 compliance criteria and objective design standards that were in effect before the application submittal date. The City will mail a courtesy meeting notice to all property owners who live within 300 feet of the proposed project site.
