Project Description
The proposed project is a seven-story, 93' tall, residential development project at the corner of Broadway and Ludeman Lane that would provide 97 residential units in a 125,766 square feet residential building including amenity space and podium with 63 parking spaces. The project will provide 10 units at the very low income level, 66 units in the low income level and 19 moderate units . Applicant seeks waivers for setbacks, parking, parking garage entrance, and height limit requirement. The unit mix, includes:
- Studios: 30 Units
- 1 Bedroom: 10 Units
- 2 Bedroom: 30 Units
- 3 Bedroom: 27 Units
