Project Description

A public hearing for a Notice of Proposed Zoning Map Amendment (pursuant to Millbrae Municipal Code Title 10 Planning and Zoning - Article XXVIII. Amendments) for 998 Larkspur Drive from the existing Open Space Zoning District to Single-Family Residential (R-1) Zoning District, a design review permit with floor area ratio (FAR), setback, and height exceptions, and a Lot Line Adjustment of parcels APN's 1002 Crestview Drive (#021-210-260), 998 Larkspur Drive (#021-210-280) and 996 Larkspur Drive (#021-210-290), to allow the construction and associated site improvement of a three-story, single-family residence on a vacant parcel located at 990 Larkspur Drive in the Single-Family Residential (R-1) Zoning District (Public Hearing). The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council. This project has been determined to be Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15303 Class 3 (a) "New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures "of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines that allows for the construction of a new single-family residence in a residential zone.
