Redevelopment Successor Agency Information
Last & Final Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule
As required by Health and Safety Code Section 34177 (I)(1)(C)/34191.6(b), the City of Millbrae's Redevelopment Successor Agency has adopted a Last and Final Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (Last and Final ROPS). The California Department of Finance revised and approved the Last and Final ROPS on September 28, 2018.

Assembly Bill 987 Information
Assembly Bill 987 requires all California Redevelopment Agencies to do the following:
- Maintain and publish on the Internet a database of restricted housing units
- Record a "Notice of Affordable Restriction on trans of Property" on all new or substantially rehabilitated housing created as part of a low and moderate-income housing program
- Extend to certain members of the public enforcement of affordability covenants and restriction
