The General Municipal Election was held on Tuesday, November 3, 2015, in which voters in the City voted to elect three City Councilmembers for a four-year term.
The General Municipal Election was held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, in which voters in the City voted to elect two City Councilmembers for a four-year term. In addition, all Millbrae registered voters considered a Ballot Measure related to financing the restoration of the Millbrae Recreation Center.

The General Municipal Election was held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in which voters in the City Council Districts 2 and 4 voted to elect a City Councilmember from each respective district for a four-year term. In addition, all Millbrae registered voters considered a Ballot Measure to increase the Transient Occupancy Tax by 2%.
