Overview
The Community Enhancement Advisory Committee's (CEAC) mission is to enhance the quality of life in our community by encouraging and promoting environmental awareness, and sustaining and enhancing the beauty of Millbrae. Community Enhancement Advisory Committee advises the City Council on the City's cultural, aesthetic, and physical environment.
- Membership: Nine Members and One Alternate Member
- Requirement: Millbrae Resident
- Term: Four years

Adopt-A-Spot
The Adopt-A-Spot Pilot Program is a partnership between the City of Millbrae, Community Enhancement Advisory Committee, and the Millbrae community. The Program enables individuals, community groups, schools, and other organizations to play an active role in maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of their neighborhoods.
