Hillcrest Blvd. Traffic Alert Starting 11/17

November 17, 2025 - Traffic disruptions on Hillcrest Blvd. between La Prenda and Skyline Blvd for Hillcrest PRV Project.

Starting Monday, 11/17, waterline installation will begin on Hillcrest Blvd. between La Prenda and Skyline Blvd. Expect traffic impacts for up to 6 weeks.

The project will install a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) to improve water pressure and firefighting capabilities in upper Pressure Zone 1.
