Drought Emergency Regulations in Effect ~ There’s a Drought On! Turn the Water Off! ~ The State of California Water Resources Control Board adopted Drought Emergency Regulations in an effort to conserve water. These new regulations, adopted by the Millbrae City Council, apply to all water users. By conserving water now, we can hopefully avoid water cutbacks in the future.
