Notice of Public Hearing regarding Activation of Water Shortage Contingency Plan
In accordance with the Drought Related Emergency Regulations issued by the California State Water Resources Control Board, the City Council of Millbrae will consider implementation of the Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP) at a minimum stage that imposes the State required restrictions on the irrigation of ornamental landscapes or turf with potable water, and may also include additional water conservation measures.
The City Council of Millbrae will hold a public hearing to consider and receive input regarding the activation of the WSCP. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, at 7:00 pm, in the City Council Chambers at the following address:

The water conservation measures included in the WSCP along with the Emergency Regulations issued by the State Water Resources Control Board will be available for public review, at City Hall, the Library and on the City’s website prior to the public hearing.
