Active Shooter Training at Mills HS / ⽶爾斯⾼中的活躍槍⼿訓練 / Entrenamiento de Tirador Activo en la Escuela Preparatoria Mills
On Monday, July 29th, the San Mateo County Office of Emergency Services will begin active shooter training at Mills High School. During the training, local law enforcement and first responders will practice reactive training to an active shooter in a high school setting with first contact and emergency management teams.
These trainers will use real weapons using blank ammunition. Nearby residents will be alerted the days before the training to notify them to the use of blank ammunition. We want everyone to be aware of this training and to not be alarmed. These training exercises will take place twice a day through the end of the week, Friday, August 2nd.
If anyone has questions or concerns about these training exercises, they can contact OES Representative Bill Euchner at 650-642-1286.
