Millbrae Redesigns Its Utility (Water and Sewer) Bill
Beginning with the March 2019 billing, City of Millbrae utility customers will receive a redesigned utility bill that will give users more information about their water usage and charges. The new utility bill will include information on about an individual user’s rate type, water meter size, consumption history, and account activity.
“Over the past year, we have upgraded the City’s full financial system. The utility billing is the last piece to change and with it comes a redesigned bill,” said Millbrae Deputy City Manager DeAnna Hilbrants. “The new utility bill design will give residents more information about their water usage, show them what size meter they have, and provide historical usage information. In the future, the City will be able to add features to this system including the ability to view and pay bills online.”
City of Millbrae Utility Customers will receive a separate mailer explaining the layout of the new bill and how to read it as well as in insert in the bill when it arrives.
Please keep an eye out for your new utility bill. It will come in a standard letter envelope instead of the previous tri-fold format.
