Public Announcements at City Council Meetings
Does your non-profit / community organization have an event to announce or some good news to share which will benefit the community? Are you looking to promote your activities? If so, then share it with the community at an upcoming City Council meeting.
The Millbrae City Council is inviting local community groups to share good news and events at the beginning of City Council meetings. Speakers will be given three minutes to share their news and announcements.
City Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm in the Millbrae Council Chambers located at 621 Magnolia Avenue in Millbrae. If you are interested in presenting at a future meeting, please send an email to Elena Suazo, Millbrae’s City Clerk, at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. In the email, please include the name of your organization or community group and the details of the topic you want to speak about. Time limits only allow up to three groups to speak at each meeting, so please submit your request early.
