T&T SUPERMARKET SUBMITS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR 45 MURCHISON PROPERTY

T&T Supermarket, the largest Asian supermarket chain in Canada, has submitted a Conditional Use Permit application to the City of Millbrae's Planning Division to occupy the vacant Lucky's Supermarket property at 45 Murchison Dr.

T&T Supermarket is a specialty supermarket offering standard grocery items and specialty products from various Asian cuisines, kitchenware, and gifts. The application also includes an on-site cafe/bakery.

The proposed project does not intend to expand the building footprint. However, it does include 29,987 square feet of interior tenant improvements and signage, as well as a 689-square-foot outdoor dining area near the main entry.

Staff expect the application to move forward for consideration by the Planning Commission in 2026.
