Residential Design Standards Community Meeting

The City is hosting a community workshop as it begins to prepare its objective design standards for residential development for all of Millbrae’s neighborhoods and districts. The project will result in new, detailed, and illustrated design requirements for new construction, additions, and exterior modifications for a variety of residential housing types in the city and will ensure that future residential development is high quality, fits in with the neighborhood, and reflects Millbrae’s unique character. The community workshop will be held simultaneously in-person and virtually on Zoom on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.
