The Millbrae City Council approved the November 28, 2023, regular minutes by a vote of 5-0.

Special meeting minutes of December 7, 2023 - ACTION

The Millbrae City Council approved the December 7, 2023, special meeting minutes by a vote of 5-0.  

CONSENT CALENDAR

Adoption of a Resolution Accepting the Millbrae Recreation Center Restoration Project as Complete and Authorizing the filing of a Notice of Completion – ACTION

The Millbrae City Council voted 5-0 to adopt the resolution.

Adoption of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute an agreement for professional service with Woodard and Curran in the amount of $127,385 for the La Prenda Water Tank Inspection and Assessment Project (Project) and authorizing the City Manager, or designee. to execute all contract change orders up to the 10% project contingency of $12,715 for additional or unforeseen work, for a total Project budget not to exceed $140,100 – ACTION

The Millbrae City Council voted 5-0 to adopt the resolution.

Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a Professional Service Agreement with GHD Incorporated for the Hacienda Way Sanitary Sewer Lift Station Replacement Final Design and Cost Analysis, and authorizing the City Manager to execute all contract costs and change orders up to $117,669 – ACTION

The Millbrae City Council voted 5-0 to adopt the resolution.

EXISTING BUSINESS

Receive the Self Help for the Elderly semi-annual update report and consider funding and assistance requests for the Millbrae Senior Lunch Program – ACTION

The Millbrae City Council received the Self Help for the Elderly semi-annual update report and approved with a vote of 5-0 the funding and assistance for the Millbrae Senior Lunch Program. 

Accept the Housing Element Annual Progress Report for 2023 and Authorize Transmittal to the California Department of Housing and Community Development and Governor’s Office of Planning and Research – ACTION

The Millbrae City Council accepted by a vote of 5-0 the Housing Element Annual Progress Report for 2023 and authorized transmittal to the California Department of Housing and Community Development and the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research. 

Fire Suppression Assessment Results – ACTION

The Millbrae City Council accepted the informational report and directed staff to commence with a new Fire Assessment and public outreach campaign for a vote to commence on April 26. 

NEW BUSINESS

Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Sign and Execute a Professional Services Agreement with the Peninsula Traffic Congestion Relief Alliance (Commute.org) for Financial Services to be Provided by the City – ACTION

The Millbrae City Council voted 5-0 to adopt the resolution.

Accept the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Mid-Year Budget Report and Adopt a Resolution Amending the 2023-2024 Adopted Budget and Revised Salary Schedule for Management Employees effective March 24, 2024 – ACTION

The Millbrae City Council voted 5-0 to accept the Mid-Year Budget Report and adopt the resolution.

Receipt of Certificates of Sufficiency of Recall Petitions filed with the City Clerk/Elections Official – INFORMATIONAL
