The City of Millbrae City Council met in person at the Millbrae City Council Chambers with remote public participation available via Zoom on February 13, 2024. Below are the results of selected items on the agenda:

CONSENT CALENDAR

Waive the Second Reading and Adopt an Ordinance Amending and Restating Chapter 6.04 of Title 6 of the Millbrae Municipal Code Regarding Animal Control – ACTION 

 The Millbrae City Council voted 5-0 to waive the second reading and adopt the ordinance. 

Approve by motion, a request from the Rotary Club of Millbrae for field use at Central Park and fee waivers for the Spring Festival on March 30, 2024 – ACTION

 The Millbrae City Council voted 5-0 to approve by motion.

Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing City Manager to cast the Ballots on the Fire Suppression Assessment Ballots on Behalf of the City – ACTION 

The Millbrae City Council voted 5-0 to adopt the resolution.

The Millbrae City Council discussed and provided direction to City Staff on the draft Tree Protection and Urban Forestry Ordinance.  

Waive the First Reading and Introduce an Ordinance Amending Article XVIII. Millbrae Station Area Specific Plan Development Impact Fee, Section 10.05.1856 and Article XXXI Development Impact Fees, Section 10.05.3120.C. of Title 10, Planning and Zoning, of the Millbrae Municipal Code authorizing the City Council, by resolution, to postpone automatic increases to the development impact fees for a period of up to three years, applicable to SB330 projects only – ACTION 

The Millbrae City Council voted 5-0 to waive the first reading and adopt the ordinance.
