Environmental Review

The City of Millbrae (City) is the lead agency for review of the proposed project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The proposed project is within the scope of the certified Millbrae Station Area Specific Plan Update and Transit-Oriented Development Number 1 and Number 2 Final Environmental Impact Report (MSASP FEIR)2 pursuant to Section 15168(c) of the CEQA Guidelines. In addition, the proposed project would not have any new or substantially more severe significant environmental impacts than disclosed in the MSASP FEIR (including the Addendum thereto) and no further environmental review is required pursuant to Section 15168 of the CEQA Guidelines.
