Welcome to the City of Millbrae General Services Department Home Page. The General Services Department serves the community by:

• managing utility billing;
• collecting taxes and fees;
• paying the City's bills;
• assisting in the preparation of the City's budget;
• overseeing the City's employee recruitment activities;
• managing employee group labor contracts;
• administering the City's workers' compensation and risk management programs;
• and managing investments.
