HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL AND MONSTER MARCH - millbrae lions club

Join the Millbrae Lions Club for Carnival Games, Prizes and Kid Activities from Noon to 2pm. Followed by a Costume Parade and Trick-or-Treating on Broadway in Downtown Millbrae.
