Rebates for High Efficiency Toilets (HETs)

Millbrae water customers are eligible for toilet rebates when they replace their high-flow toilets (older than 1992) with new efficient models. Toilets with a water flush volume of 3.5 gallons or greater per flush are considered a high-flow model.

Rebates for HETs are $150.

By installing a HET to replace a 3.5 GPF toilet, you can reduce toilet water usage by 62%. A maximum of 3 rebates for toilets are allowed per residence. See the application for details. 
 

CLOTHES WASHER REBATES

Rebates are available for the purchase and installation of a Tier 3 high efficiency clothes washer that uses less water and energy than standard models.  $125 rebates are available from the City of Millbrae for a combined rebate with PG&E of $175. OTHER APPLIANCES
