Senior Activities

Millbrae Recreation Division provides a variety of seasonal senior activities and classes. All activities and classes take place at the Recreation Center located at 477 Lincoln Circle, Millbrae CA 94030. For more information call 650-259-2360.

Senior Advisory Committee

The Senior Advisory Committee consists of thirteen members appointed by the City Council.  Members are qualified electors of the City and shall serve for a term of two years, and may be reappointed to additional terms and serve with out compensation.  Members cannot hold any other public office or City position while serving on the Commission.

The Senior Advisory Committee meets regularly on the third Wednesday of the month at 9:00 a.m. at the Millbrae Community Center, 477 Lincoln Center, and may meet for additional special sessions as needed.

Monthly Birthday Luncheons

Come celebrate your Birthday with us! Enjoy great conversation, raffle prizes, and bingo. Preregistration and program fee are due prior to attending.  Takes place at the Magnolia of Millbrae on the second Wednesday each month, with the exception of January's luncheon taking place January 12, 2017.

Fee: $5    Time:   11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Second Harvest Food Bank

Second Harvest Food Bank's Brown Bag Program provides weekly nutritious groceries to senior individuals (ages 60+) and disabled individuals (ages 55+) at distribution sites in Santa Clara County and San Mateo County. Location & Time update: Every other Wednesday, beginning December 7, at New Vision United Methodist Church, 450 Chadbourne Ave., Millbrae, 94030.  Food pick-up 12:30pm - 1:45pm. Please bring your own bag to pick up food.
